DTBoxDividers Return Policy

Unfortunately due to increased fraud & copy attempts, we have instituted the following return policy:

• All returns must be initiated within 14 days from delivery date to customer.
• Email sales@puckups.com with your order number, request for refund, and reason for request. We will send you an RMA number to include in your return.
• Return shipping is customer’s responsibility and must be sent via a trackable shipping service.
• There will be a 50% restocking fee on all returns other than DTBoxDividers confirmed fit issues (see below). Once we receive the order and confirm it is in new condition with no damage, your refund will be issued.
• If there is noticeable damage or marks on the returned items, there will be a 75% restocking fee.

All designs have been tested for fit in multiple RAM model years (2019-2024) during design and manufacturing. If you feel that there is a fit issue, please email us at sales@puckups.com with your order number, your RAM year and model, and photos of the dividers in your RamBox so that we can work with you directly to resolve the issue and/or process your return. If a fit issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or will work with you to make adjustments and send you a new product that fits properly.
